For those interested in Elvis' love of Cadillacs and generosity you might check out the 2003 DVD  "200 Cadillacs".  The title is derived from the fact Elvis probably gave away North of 200 Cadillacs in his life, especially considering the fact he often bought a dozen or more Cadillacs in a given shopping spree, and the fact he basically gave all away except the Pink 1955 Fleetwood for "mamma Gladys".   This video also delves into other aspects of Elvis' generosity and is a nice video for the Elvis and/or Cadillac fan!

Jason

Hope the leg is coming around

The more i get to know about you for the last 12 years the more interesting you seem to become

Just do not jump back into action until its time
We need you back in one piece

Enjoy

Thanks Tony. As just posted on FB... Kicking back at fire in Ye Olde Cookhouse with mending Leg Up! Go back to Dr for 1st post op visit tomorrow. 1st week was tough, especially after nerve block wore off, but doing much better now, but still have a long way to go.

Wow! that looks like some sort of medieval torture device. Watch out for the red-hot poker! I hope you're back to normal soon. Take it easy.

Who sits in front of a fire in summer.... LOL :-)

Kevin, You better be careful down there. Always worry about you falling off the planet. You better come up top where it's safe and the seasons are spot on!

Not Elvis, but 177 klm (bit over a 100 miles) away in Stanthorpe, we have a Johnny Cash Festival. Some info on the link below. Bet ya didn't know that, did ya.

Also not Elvis, a few years back , the Mrs and I drove over to Gene Autry ,OK for the annual Gene Autry  Days festival. Met and shook hands with James Drury , THE Virginian. Heck ,it was a free thing but did get his autograph for $25. I'd thought he was gone but he's still kickin'. Dude is like 6'6", a really big guy.

Love me some Johnny Cash.

In the shed, we have Elvis, Johnny Cash, 50's & 60's rock and roll, bit of AC/DC, Jimmy Barnes.... all the good stuff for my listening pleasure while working with cars.

Elvis made movies in the area in Florida where I live and a little north of my location so the area is into him big time

Maralin Monroe and Joe Demagio vacationed on the Homosassa River ( Indian name ) here as well and is it ever a beautiful place

Put me on the—- I Love Johnny Cash List —please !!

One of the first things my wife — of now of 43 years said to me when we  first met was -“ Who do you think you are Johnny Cash ?? “

Those where my very loud race motor cycle  days when I wore all black almost all of the time and still do very often

What a voice and county style great man had

Because your mine - I walk the line  !!

Enjoy

Brighter Headlights. What to install that won't draw too much current.

My car still has its "T-3"headlamps and they shed poor, yellow-tinted light. I'd like to replace them with something that most folks on this web site use, that would shed good light and don't heat up the wiring with too many amps.

I recently took my car to a “Cadillac” “Specialist here in Los angles CA.

After leaving my car to diagnose my steering column for not shifting properly. I get this txt from the shop owner. Mind you I just got the car and wanted to at least shift from the column without having to shift for the engine bay. Also wanted to get a price on dash lights to work. Basically I’m trying to feel out if he’s putting gravy on the labor.

Hi fellas!!

Well I recently found a guy here locally, who’s got about 8-9 63/64 Cadillacs convertible and hardtop coupes. I also recently found a 64 convertible Eldorado. I really want to purchase it here shortly. If anyone wants to buy it off me or the guy selling it, let me know ASAP. It’s really a great price. If anyone is looking for anything let me know. If you have Instagram my handle is @caddikingheartbreaker. You can also message me on here. I’ll check back from time to time. Or… Continue

Although the radiator was not leaking, nor was the car running hot, I tool out the radiator today to have it boiled out and rodded out. Then I changed the oil and filter (filter is very easy to reach with the radiator out), then the thermostat got changed.

I'll have the radiator back from the shop on Monday, and will reinstall it then.

Still having…
