Does all 1964  Rear quarter panels fit the same as far as length and wheelbase length on quarter panel ??

I looked at a 1964 coupe Deville it looks like the rear quarter roofline is not as wide at the rear as a Fleetwood witch rear door has 1/4 glass and a Deville the 1/4 glass is cut into the roof.

would I still be able to use a quarter panel from a coupe Deville?

Any help would be great before I put out more money.  Thanks in advance

Anybody any help whatsoever.. Does anyone have any idea on the length of a 64 Fleetwood rear quarter..

I'll try to remember to whack a ruler over mine and give some length.

I might measure the Fleetwood quarter panel too.... :-)

Thanks Kevin.. I'm spending a lot of money for a quarter panel replacement just wanted to confirm beforehand but time is kind of ran out I have to purchase by 5:30 a.m. or the deal is off.

My car is in the shop getting a new/old quarter panel installed. It needs both sides, but I'm starting with the passenger side because it's in much worse shape. It might be a good idea to just wait until the right car comes along. Don't let anybody rush you into this. Find a good rust free panel that won't need much work and cut it off yourself to save money. It is a big job, so bring a friend with you if you're doing it yourself. Find a person who specializes in classic car repair and review their work. It took me years to find somebody that I'd trust to do this job, but I finally found a guy. I'll be posting some pictures when it's done, but he has a few cars ahead of mine to finish first.

Thanks Chris for the sound Advice. I purchased this quarter panel for the right side of my 64 Fleetwood this panel was from a Cadillac dealership that was never installed so it is rust free. Looks like the front Lower portion of the quarter panel was cut off but the entire quarter otherwise is intact. I noticed is it's not as wide as a fleetwood at the rear roofline or side of roof. As far as cutting away and installation that work I will do myself probably around wintertime this year just trying to get parts set up for the work thanks again for your help.. I too will try to post a picture of the car now and later as works starts.
