Whatever happened to this car? Was it scrapped?

I was all upset at first to see that 64 convert hit the mud hole !!!
Then i realized ---it has no AC ! ( comfort control )------LOL !!!

Well unlike the Corvair and VW bug, the big Caddy is water cooled after all.

Foul play: About 50 seconds into the clip

1972 Fleetwood series 75 as well..... hey Anders, does that win me a prize?

Never was a price. This thread is just a thread to collect films featuring 63/64 Cadillacs. Would be great if all films would be listed, with a poster picture of each film.

Love the way the caddy does the corners in that video
Not sure if these cars handle as well as seen on the screen
Somehow i think they may be balancing the car to perform as it does
I do have to say i have often seen Caddys handle very well on screen and even the Limos doing 360's and going in the opossite diiferent direction - an awesome sight

Not happy about them raming the parked 63-64

Enjoy

Hi everyone.

If you like great cars (Caddy's Obviously) and great grils.

Just have a look to this french Movie. "Garage babes"

A french humoristic film to teach you the mechanical basis, with a 63 convertible as principal Actor....

I put you the link for the teaser : https://www.dailymotion.com/video/x3mdasm

Have fun

Hmm, the link holds nothing i regards to Cadillacs. Only a coffee commercial and some cheaters. So something is really off here!

Anders, I had the same problem but if you Google "Garage Babes French film" you will see the short previews in the Google videos section. BTW I think Florentin has that same '63 convertible which is now beautifully restored. Am I right Florentin? Nice job!

OOPS it seems it was a bad redirection

try this links

sorry try this link

thanks the restoration took me a lot of time...

another 64 in the movies....

there was a movie called  "SHAG" from 1989 I think with a 64 convert. in it.

Original 64 Color sanded and buffed out

Posted by Norman Silverman on November 10, 2018 at 9:05pm 14 Comments

I finally got the car back from the body shop, where they color sanded and polished it out. I am literally blown away by the result! Now, it looks great from 2 feet but if you look REALLY CLOSE you can see that the paint is not as glossy as it should be, but Sothe end result is much better than what I started with. The interior is still original.
