Hello, I have a 63 Cadillac Series 62 Convertible.

The car was recently rear-ended and I now have a dent in the rear bumper.
Separately, the front bumper has some rust holes.
I've attached pictures of both.
Can you advise what options I have for getting the dent out and fixing the holes, and potential pricing guesses?  I looked on the supplies page and sent an email to Bumperboyz, as I'm in Los Angeles, so we'll see what they say.  It may be cheaper to replace the front bumper ends than try to fix mine if I can find them.
Does anyone have good conditions parts for sale for either of these?
What would you do?
Thank you.
-Tim

I got these prices from the local shop here in LA.

They would give me show quality pieces back, and take my cores in exchange.

Prices with acceptable core exchanges:

Rear center: $550

Rear ends: $320 x 2 ($640)

Front center upper: $250

Front center lower: $400

Front upper ends: $260 x 2 ($520)

Front lower ends: $350 x 2 ($700)

Total: $3,060 + any additional charges where the cores need to be patched and heavily repaired.

I am assuming they would not consider your smashed in rear center, and front lower ends "acceptable core exchanges".  With that I would ask for price without core.  I would just be clear on what the total might would more likely be. All of your prices are about in line with what would expect to rechrome good cores.. so no surprises there.

63 guidematic issues

So my 63 guide matic headlamps stay on low beam all the time. I have so far bypassed the system and everything works normal. I have been thru the trouble shooting in the manual but this is where the confusion begins.on my car when the power relay is powered I have low beam and when its not powered I have highbeam, this appears to be opposite what the diagnosis says should be correct. The wiring is all original and no wires have been mixed up.has anyone ever unplugged the 2 wire connector…

Having tried both the II and III I can say the multispark feature of the III offers a smoother idle . It is also easier to install .Does not require removal of the distributor

Stuck at two red (dash) lights!

I hope someone can help solve these two electrical problems that appeared one after the other.

By way of background: The car, a '64 Eldorado has very limited use. It was at a restoration shop for 15 months until last January-  that supposedly did a bunch of wiring repairs including rebuilding the gas gauge that still hasn't worked properly, and the clock that hasn't worked, and re-soldering the broken wires in the drive door. All window and seat controls appear to be…
