James, you have a few problems.
1. dash lights inop
2. power seat inop.
3. what indicators?
1. check the fuses, as the fuse may be blown. If it is good, then check the headlight switch for power going to the gray wire when the headlight pull switch is at the first detent.
2. Where is the seat switch. In the door or on the seat. I believe that the power seat feed is plugged into the side of the fuse panel.
The headlight switch has a few functions other than the headlights. It also controls the dash lights and dome lights.
There could be a corroded contact in the headlight switch, where the rheostat joins the main body of the switch. or the rheostat could be blown.
I do repair the headlight switches, as these are hard to find, and they are expensive when found.
