Now, I know most of you guys are still in yesterday, but because Australia is such a hip, swinging sort of place down under, we get your tomorrow today, so if I waited until tomorrow, it would bugger up today.

So, I say to Dino Edge, Mr and Mrs Edge's little boy, hmmm, maybe not so little.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY Dino. I hope you get a nice cake, some presents, a party and maybe, (here's a good idea), maybe Mum and Dad will take you out to dinner on your birthday.

Thanks, Kevin. I'll have to remind Dino he's an old dude of 55 tomorrow...ah, I meant today for down under time! LOL I think he will be impressed that you remembered his birthday!!  ….hmm. And I had almost let it slip by! Bad on me!

From Uncle Kev and Aunty Astrid....

Hi Jason, hey mate, i had no idea you had a newsletter due out on ol Dino's birthday with a feature on him.=. (good read too)

Because we are a day ahead of you hillbillies, I hope I didn't steal your thunder by posting this thread.

Might you, if you talk to the wife, apparently, i'm very good at "jumping the gun" sometimes. :-)

No Problem, Technically it was Dino's B'day down under... although Ye Olde 3rd Rock would have to rotate a bit before Dino rolled off the Clark St assembly line in Detroit.  The new pictures next to the Garner coffee house was taken this past week but felt compelled to pull he olde dude out today as seen below. Plan to run in, grab a bit to eat and gas'em up and do a bit of cruising to celebrate the birthday boy!

64 Recirc/Fresh Air Door Actuator replaced; FROM THE INSIDE.

Posted by Norman Silverman on February 4, 2019 at 11:21pm 8 Comments

I am happy to report that I have successfully replaced the Fresh Air/Recirc door actuator that is located on the blower box-and have done so without having to remove the blower box. I did it by taking out the glove box and attacking it from the back.  It took several days, LOTS of patience and some band-aids, but it is done. THE most difficult part -BY FAR- is to remove and then replace the screw that sits on the actuator arm, connecting it to the fresh…

Where do the flashers go in my 64 Deville Convert.  I'm thinking that's why both turn signals stopped working.

Source for Motor mounts and Trans mounts 1964 SDV

Where is the best place to purchase good quality motor mounts/trans mounts for my 1964 SDV? I see that Rock Auto has them for $8 and change, and others for $24 and change. Big difference. Is there a better place to buy them from?
