What do you guys think?  Im looking to block the exhaust port.

Looks interesting and pulling up actual engine pictures and comparing side by side look like a match.

At 3/8" thick it would be plenty to block the passage. It would bring the intake diagonally up " on each side...and some fraction of 3/8" in toward the intake, but probably not enough to affect bolt hole alignment. I am thinking you would use intake gaskets on bottom and top side, and your bolt will have 3/8" + thickness of extra gasket..so maybe 7/16" over all rise in the bolts. Point being you may want to use different bolts. Other than that, it looks like a solid design, albeit perhaps overkill just to block the center port. Perhaps a very, very slight performance gain in the slight increase in air/fuel travel distance.

I was thi king the same thing about the bolts. Ill let you know whe they come. I. Going to go for it.

I know olsons  gaskets has the gaskets with the center port blocked off.  That part shown looks to be overkill, and too thick, and will affect the seal.

Two gaskets should seal it.
