Looking for 64 to 66 seat belt buckles, male and female together.

Hey all, I am in the process of finishing up my 64 coupe deville and noticed that the front seat belts only have the retractor side in the bag I put all the belts in when I got it. I have found it pretty difficult to find the correct belt latches and am in search of four or five sets. I would like to buy, in any condtion, four or five belt buckle and latch pairs with the Cadillac crest on them. I don't need anything but the buckle and latch pair, I am going to change the webbing on them anyway so they can be cut out. I have found that the 66 generation of buckles are the generic gm latch with the Cadillac crest on the button rather than the GM logo. The image shows the 66 belt buckle I already have..

Russ or one of the others may have seat belts but I am out and have 12 customers on my Wait List looking for this very sought after item. I can add you to my List if no one has one but the wait could indeed be a while. I will say that this is where being a Chapter Member has its advantages. Of those 12 on my Wait List, only 1 is a Chapter Member, that means join the Cadillac LaSalle Club (CLC) and then our free Chapter and you would then move immediately to #2 on my list jumping past regular customers that have been waiting since 2012.  If interested in joining the CLC check out this link: www.cadillaclasalleclub.org/join

I contacted Cadillac King in California and he said he has them, but he wants $97 each, which I see may be a reasonable price now that I have done some research. I honestly didn't realize how hard it would be to find them. I'm mad at myself because I had two of them and now can't find one of them. Someone out there probably has a big box of them that were never installed and just thinks they are junk.

welllllllll……. I was pleasantly surprised when I was uncovering my front seat to start tearing it down.....and.....I found the factory 1964 seat belts. In amazing condition. I feel like I won the lotto today. I am no longer looking for buckles. thanks to all that looked in on my post.

Good deal. Perhaps you have some rear seat belts pushed behind the seat. They had the same crested buckle and male tab insert.

Just Love you finding those seat belts hidden the way you did

Enjoy

So my 63 guide matic headlamps stay on low beam all the time. I have so far bypassed the system and everything works normal. I have been thru the trouble shooting in the manual but this is where the confusion begins.on my car when the power relay is powered I have low beam and when its not powered I have highbeam, this appears to be opposite what the diagnosis says should be correct. The wiring is all original and no wires have been mixed up.has anyone ever unplugged the 2 wire connector…

Having tried both the II and III I can say the multispark feature of the III offers a smoother idle . It is also easier to install .Does not require removal of the distributor

Stuck at two red (dash) lights!

I hope someone can help solve these two electrical problems that appeared one after the other.

By way of background: The car, a '64 Eldorado has very limited use. It was at a restoration shop for 15 months until last January-  that supposedly did a bunch of wiring repairs including rebuilding the gas gauge that still hasn't worked properly, and the clock that hasn't worked, and re-soldering the broken wires in the drive door. All window and seat controls appear to be…
