The metal coolant tube under the intake on the 390 engine can I use a rubber line and run it like that or do I need that metal line and if so what is it called? I can't find my original. It goes from the water pump rubber to metal line back to rubber and into the fire wall thanks!!!!

I'm guessing on 49 parts cars and 6 drivers I might have seen it on say 3 to 4 cars.

Well look at that, I've got me a rare and VERY valuable car here.

The picture you posted Jason, of the routing, must be an Australian car. It shows the coolant flow going in the same direction lmao

Clovis, Those are connection arrows … not water flow direction … if you are looking at what I think you are looking at? The arrows are at the end of all open pipes.

Dont always take me literally Jason LOL

I'll keep that in mind! LOL

Clovis and Anders both have a very Australian styled sense of humour. Yes, that's crroect spuling four the word HUMOUR.

Can be straight out funny or quite dry...... :-)

Original 64 Color sanded and buffed out

Posted by Norman Silverman on November 10, 2018 at 9:05pm 14 Comments

I finally got the car back from the body shop, where they color sanded and polished it out. I am literally blown away by the result! Now, it looks great from 2 feet but if you look REALLY CLOSE you can see that the paint is not as glossy as it should be, but Sothe end result is much better than what I started with. The interior is still original.
