What year Tim.

Russ it would be a 64 CDV,
Is there a difeerence between the two years?

They are very different, especially at the rear. The 63 has more a rounded sloped downward at the rear and is straight across on the lip, whereas the 64 has a sharper edge and contoured in the center to fit around the license guard bezel.
Here is a visual showing the 63 (Top) and 64 (bottom) and how they contrast:

And of course with the 63's you also have the shorter trunk lid used on the 1963 Sedan de Ville Park Avenue short deck body style.

The 64 has the camel hump in the middle of the trunk lip for the license plate. the 63 has no hump.

Wow that is a huge difference. Ijust learned something new I figured they'd be interchangeable given the likeness of the two years. So now my question comes back to who has one for my 64 CDV and how much it will set me back lol?

If Russ or no one else has one email me at jasonedge@nc.rr.com with your contact info and I can put you on my Wait List.

Will do Jason. Ill go on and send you my info so its there. Hopefully someone has one. Thanks guys btw.

I've got two excellent condition 64' deck lids Tim

Maybe USA Parts has one for you. Guessing it wont be cheap though. Page 38 in their catalog:

You can also try Desert Valley Auto Parts. They have a lot of scrap cars so maybe you can get lucky.

Hey guys checking to see if a trunk has popped up yet DVAP said it would be about 600 to buy it and ship to FL . Does anyone have one for cheaper?
