Gentlemen   I have a 1964 Sedan De Ville with 20 thousand original miles. I am going to replace the spark plugs. What plug would you recommend? I only drive the car a few hundred miles a year and the engine is totally stock. Thanks for any info!

Both Jason and I use the Autolight equivolent of the stock  AC Delco spark plug in our 64 429 engines

The Aurolight plug is a superior plug regarding  its durability

Stock gap is .035

That plug for our engines is as good as it gets

Enjoy

Hi Tony   Would that be a Autolite 303?  Thanks for your reply

I use Autolite 85, a very common quality spark plug. I use to run high dollar Bosch platinums and switched and could not really tell a difference.

Not the 303 as I would recognize the number

Ask the auto parts store for the equivalent to stock plug

I do not remember the exact plug number

I think the number is 45 but not 100 percent sure

Enjoy

It is the Autolight 85 as Jason is indicating

Enjoy

Thanks guy's    I am heading to NAPA  now to pick them up

1963 Eldorado convertible boot

I need a used convertible boot for a 63 Cadillac convertible - condition or color is not an issue since it will be used as a pattern for making a new one. One from either a 62 series convertible or an Eldorado would work. I know I am searching for hen's teeth here... but you never know unless you ask!
