It looks OK in this pic, but nasty in person. What do do? Replace? Its in good shape, just discolored.

i still haven't figured out what the top is...it looks to my eye closest to the "cabrio" or "pigskin" surface.  But, it has the very nice lining too.  I've discovered that it has already been painted once.  The original color, visible in a few places is more like the Palomino, or with a bit more orange.  I suppose the PO didn't care for this and had it painted.  I'm inclined to try and paint it again...a similar color.  The top should be Sandlewood, so I'll try to find a SEM color close to that.  
I don't really mind the expense of a new top, but this one fits so well, and, aside from a few minor problem areas at the glass window that I can fix, its in perfect shape.

I would probably try and give it a good scrubbing with some convertible top cleaner before replacing that because it's gonna be $$$$$$$$$. Car looks great by the way.
