If it aint broke, don't fix it, doesn't apply to the 63/64 guys n gals.

Hey Russ, Thanks for the encouragement. Next steps are to put the outer belt moldings back on and put the windows back in. Those are nice projects. The next may be to repaint the lousy paint job they did when the body was welded up. I also replated and got new rubbers for the vents so need to put those back together. The best advice I never listened to was "leave it alone." LOL!

Way to go. Now go out cruising. Just do small projects at a time, to keep down time to a minimum

Upper A Arm Rubber Bumpers

Posted by Gene McIlroy on August 12, 2019 at 1:30pm 3 Comments

I have found a very good replacement part for the Upper A Arm Bumpers.  The top part is identical to the originals the bottom can be used as is or after a few minutes with a belt sander can be ground to the V shape as the originals were.  The replacement bumpers are for a 2001 to 2005 S10 Sanoma or Blazer.  Part number is on the box in the photos.  First photo is the box next to the box is the S10 part and an original.  Next photo shows my sanded down part next to an original.…
