A nice Front License Plate

Posted on March 19, 2014 at 11:48pm 0 Comments

Found a Nice License plate for anyone who needs one for their caddy!

The original purpose was for a persons age, But I think it fits the caddys very well.

1963: 1963 Plate

1964: 1964 Plate

Might be towing today. Help

Posted on March 14, 2014 at 2:22pm 3 Comments

I might be towing the caddy today and getting stuff repaired and tuned (Its at a different house so it's become an issue) problem arises.. I don't have the keys and can't get them.. But my gear shift will still move to neutral without a key.. Is this trust worthy or am I going under for gear release? If all happens today
Sorry for bad sentences I am posting from my phone.

Front Bumper

Posted on February 14, 2014 at 1:00am 9 Comments

Since I have all the pieces I need and just require to put them in and tighten (hopefully doing tomorrow since it warmed up a bit).. It'll soon be time to roll this baby down the road. (3 miles)..

Has anyone Removed the front bumper before?

cause mine is off and I can only guess how to put it back on.

I guess could just risk it without the front turn signals, lol.

Basically I'm just asking how hard it is and if anyone knows how to put it back on.

Not much progress yet!

Haven't been able to get much progress done on my 63'.  You know it's winter.. well It currently sits outside.. and all the metal parts I need to touch are colder than the highest of 30 so far lol.  For real, only day it's been higher than that it rained, then snowed the next day.

And I've been having issues with ACE hardware.. I went to get some new bolts for a lot of the parts.. Just as I had some of the heads on the old ones break, and I want to use some newer High Grade bolts to…

Radiator And Shrouds

Posted by Dominic Salemi on April 24, 2019 at 3:36pm 1 Comment

Anyone have a decent radiator and shrouds and hardware for a 1964 Cadillac deville. I have an alum. radiator and I'm deciding on to fix it or back to the original one. If I fix it I won't need parts.

64 Recirc/Fresh Air Door Actuator replaced; FROM THE INSIDE.

Posted by Norman Silverman on February 4, 2019 at 11:21pm 8 Comments

I am happy to report that I have successfully replaced the Fresh Air/Recirc door actuator that is located on the blower box-and have done so without having to remove the blower box. I did it by taking out the glove box and attacking it from the back.  It took several days, LOTS of patience and some band-aids, but it is done. THE most difficult part -BY FAR- is to remove and then replace the screw that sits on the actuator arm, connecting it to the fresh…
