Rochester 4 jet accelerator pump not working

As stated my accelerator pump circuit isn’t working. I’ve got a stumble off idle and traced it to no accelerator pump shot. I’ve worked with a lot of Holleys but never this style of carb. What’s the process just take the top of it off and go from there? Any specific things to watch out for or don’t do? I assume it’s got a bad diaphragm or something in the orifaces. Anyone know the rebuild kit numbers at what to tell the parts goon? ‘64 429

Source for Motor mounts and Trans mounts 1964 SDV

Posted by Norman Silverman on January 9, 2019 at 4:23pm 2 Comments

Hi.

Where is the best place to purchase good quality motor mounts/trans mounts for my 1964 SDV? I see that Rock Auto has them for $8 and change, and others for $24 and change. Big difference. Is there a better place to buy them from?

Thanks

Norm

Fuel loss in Carburetor

The fuel pump is new and there is always fuel in the glass bowl of the fuel filter. This, along…
