TV Rod Adjustment HELP!

I can't seem to find passing gear. I put on a new Edelbrock carb and had to make an adapter for the TV rod. I adjusted the throttle rod and have full movement into the secondaries, but no passing gear. Anyone have any suggestions??

I just started going to cruse nights and shows in my area with my 63 series 62 convertible. I have surface rust over the front hood, rear trunk lid and left front 1/4 panel. I being told not to repaint and destroy the patina of the car because it is original paint. They tell me to wet sand a clear coat the car..I'm looking for opinions on this. …

New to the world of Cadillac!! Need help and suggestions. tried making a bracket to match rochester setup. Does the 63 hydramatic have a passing gear or is it only 4 forward and reverse gears?
