"With no vacuum to the mode door actuator or a busted mode door actuator the mode door spring keeps the door shut to divert air to the floor ducts. Since your air only come out of the dash AC vents my guess is the ac mode door spring as seen below is…"

"There is a mode vacuum valve in the black air handler under the dash that works a door in there to direct the AC / heat to the correct vents The vacuum valve is not holding vacuum  it looks like so test it and the hose to it for air…"

"It is a ground issue.  2 wires come out the back of the of the gas tank.  A black wire goes to the back cross member and is held in with  self tapping screw. Undue it and clean the metal for a good contact. More than likely it is the…"

"Stephen, I  had this problem awhile back. Kurt is correct; the small metal strip on my fuel sender had cracked. I removed the gas tank and soldered it back."

"Check the plug to the fuel sending unit. Pull down the fuel door (rear license plate) and it's the right bottom terminal plug. If that is unplugged, the fuel gauge will read over full when the key is on. Hopefully that's your problem.…"

Rear Side Window Stainless Sill Removal
