Ronnie,

Thanks. It was a long time coming.

Here is where

we started in 2005:

Kind of toothless and worn out ;)

Tony,

Thanks.

I was reluctant but decided to go out earlish Sunday. On the way back the crazy drivers on the Southern State were a bit unnerving, i,e the asshats in the pickups and rice burners that come tearing up behind you and slice around at the last minute and cut you off as they pass.

A Long Island specialty.

Cadillac built military tanks ca.1941-1945. I feel they would be better suited to our local driving conditions.

I'd be a "happy little vegemite" if it was mine. (Back to google for you young man)

Looks good Jeff..... no smashed crab there... just pure class. If it makes you feel a bit better about the weather you have, we're gunna cop around 108 f today.

we've had less than 1/2 an inch of rain now in 7 weeks. The place is drier than a Sao biscuit.

That is one sweet looking ride!

Jason,

Thank you. The winter road salt here was the main killer of cars in the northeast.

However, I could take some pics just on the driveway. Right now it’s a mixture of sleet rain and snow with very little accumulation.

Hope you’re keeping cozy in Garner.

Regards,

Jeff

Looks nice. I know it feels good to get it back on the road.
ps. I know you probably wouldn't want to get it on the road with the salt and brine, but would look cool outside in the snow with the white car with white background!

64 Power Servo vacuum leak

Posted by Kent Prows on June 27, 2020 at 4:02pm 0 Comments

I finally got around to fixing a leak in my heater core.  I decided to check to see if there were any other obvious issues while I had everything torn apart.  When I put a vacuum directly (bypassing the transducer) to the power servo it gets to about 10" and then slowly leaks back to zero.  The fan will not go to full and the mode door will not open completely.  I have read a couple of other posts that said they repaired the power servo leaks.  How?  Does anyone have one to sell?  I just…
