1964 Christmas Cadillac Accessory pamphlet for sale.

Hi to all members. I am new to this club chapter. I have recently sold my beautiful 1964 Triple White Coupe and have now decided to part with all the literature I acquired for the car. Most of it was bought 30 yrs ago from the late Walter Miller or at the Portland Oregon swap meet. I would like to post some individual items but any of the members can feel free to contact me directly to see if I have something that may be of interest. All of the items are in near perfect shape and have sat in storage since I bought them.

This pamphlet in excellent shape and is being offered for $30 USD. Thank you

Mark, Consider the pamphlet sold if no one else has picked it up. I would love to add it to my collection. I will email and PM you. You can also reach out to me at jasonedge@nc.rr.com

Jason, can you match those prices, particularly on the Eldorado horn & passenger side mirror?  : )

Ha! You mean that unobtainium Eldo Horn! Priceless! Actually, I hope to pull in another one at some point. I've had 53 parts cars, 5 other drivers, and only brought in 1. My % is not good with that horn! Original RH mirrors are about as rare... but at least OPGI is/was selling the repos still.

Sold. Thanks Jason

It appears like with all other things in  life and  in the 63 64 Cadillac world  —Horn Size ——- Really does matter!   ——Honk !——with the Fright Train Eldo note  — as in —-  “Get the hell out of my way  you pee on “

Hope you are lucky enough to have the Big Long One — just like Jason —- LOL !!

I have seen those long horns sell for $400 - $600 the few times they have been  up for sale  and a serious price to be able to hit that ——-Scare You to Death —very special  Eldo note - at your finger tips

Only for the  lucky fortunate select few I would be thinking

Enjoy

Enjoy

I picked up this fantastic pamphlet and a few others unique items from Mark and just wanted to thank him for offering them. I will include some scans of this brocure in our next Newsletter. Also, look for a few other unique items I picked up from Mark in future newsletters!

Posted by Patrick Westphal on June 17, 2021 at 4:00pm 1 Comment

I was successful in getting a vehicle from the New York contact I talked about at the last club meeting. I am still trying to figure out how to post a picture of the vehicle that is tied with this comment so if you see a random picture of a black convertible in a yard, that's me haha.  …

Torque converter grab when idling in Drive

Posted by Cliff Johnston on June 14, 2021 at 8:47pm 2 Comments

Hi Everyone, been quite a while since i have been on here.

I have had an issue with the idle on my 64 Coupe Deville ever since i have had it.

With the Idle set high enough that it is smooth, but still a nice idle, the RPM seems only slightly too high for the stall of the Torque Converter. And therefore it tends to sit there and grab and lunge a bit. So until now, i have been putting the car in Neutral at the lights to stop this happening.

I've had the car dyno tuned and…

Can you help? Driveshaft Question....

Posted by Chris on May 30, 2021 at 8:55am 1 Comment

Hello!

Newbie to the group here - we have already found tons of invaluable information on the board, so thanks! We are restoring a 1963 Series 62 Convertible. We are wondering if anyone knows of a source to buy the propellor yoke flange (that bolts to the pinion flange) for the driveshaft? One of our ears partially broke off. Not sure if we can buy just the yoke flange as an aftermarket part, or if it has to be rebuilt by a welder/fab guy? Maybe a salvage yard for a source? Again, any…
