Hello all. I'm a new member here and doing a build on a 63 Sedan DeVille for my cousin.

I'm looking for a driveshaft - Anyone have a good one they would be willing to part with and ship to me?

Thanks, Jamey (Houston, TX)

I have plenty of Very Good front sections ($75 + s/h) but am out of the rear section which are in very high demand due to fact rear CV joints wear out and few shops can correctly rebuild them. If you need a good front section, or wish to be added to the wait list for a nice rear section email me at jasonedge@nc.rr.com.

Jamey, welcome!

If you have the drive shaft from your car, give these folks a call, they can rebuild it for you or build a new one. I haven't used them but have talked to them about building a new one for my car. They're in San Antonio, TX.

Dave, thanks for the source! Somehow the previous shops who had this car managed to 'lose' the driveshaft so I have nothing! Jason has me on the wait list for one and if nothing shows up in the next few months, I'll call these guys and have one made.

I have a good 63 driveshaft I will sell for $75 plus shipping, it has been rebuilt and balanced  at some time by a local shop. let me know. moefurd@telus.net

1963 Eldorado convertible boot

Posted by Les Eastling on February 27, 2020 at 10:33am 1 Comment

I need a used convertible boot for a 63 Cadillac convertible - condition or color is not an issue since it will be used as a pattern for making a new one. One from either a 62 series convertible or an Eldorado would work. I know I am searching for hen's teeth here... but you never know unless you ask!
