Hello ,

I am re- installing the rear seats in our 64 Convertible and looking for verification of how high/low to install the seat back. Can anyone show a photo of their rear  (upright portion) seat back. Especially the ends adjacent to the side panels.

Better yet -- what wire RUNG ON THE SEAT back should be placed in the mounting hooks?

Thanks

The seat back hooks goes on the top wire of the seat.

Thanks Russ.

Tom

the back is lowered down and pushed in, not slid down from the top, I found. It also lepps to go in at an angle first.

Can you post a photo(s) of an installed seat back including the outside edge where the seat back touches the side panel?

Thx

Tom

64 Power Servo vacuum leak

I finally got around to fixing a leak in my heater core.  I decided to check to see if there were any other obvious issues while I had everything torn apart.  When I put a vacuum directly (bypassing the transducer) to the power servo it gets to about 10" and then slowly leaks back to zero.  The fan will not go to full and the mode door will not open completely.  I have read a couple of other posts that said they repaired the power servo leaks.  How?  Does anyone have one to sell?  I just…
