Hi All,

I just wanted to take a second to give a quick review of dealing with Russ @ Caddy Shack. Firstly a little background. I purchased a '63 Coupe last fall and went through it to see what parts I needed to get the project going this spring. I contacted Russ and he had everything I needed. It took some time and a lot of communication back and forth to get all the parts I needed. Russ was more than patient with me and allowed me to take some time to get a proper list going. He put parts aside and added to the pile as I went along. Not once did he rush me or push me to finalize the deal. As long as we had a good flow of communication then that was good enough for him. When it came time to pay there was a discrepancy about whether a certain part was included in the initial quote. He supplied it anyways with no hesitation.

I know Russ, along with Jason, are pillars in our community but I thought I would give a shout out. For a first time restorer and buyer of these parts Russ made it extremely easy. If anyone ever has doubts or second guesses about buying from Russ all I can say is don't hesitate. You will not be disappointed!Cheers,

I'll second that shout out to both Russ and Jason. I've dealt with both of them and have received excellent service and fair pricing. There are some parts that we could spend endless hours looking for even with the Internet and they usually have them ready to go. That along with any advice that's needed. This is one of the better forums that I've perused and enjoy coming back.

Russ and Jason are both really stand up guys. I own 11 different classic cars and have found this website to be outstanding. Thanks for all of the help Jason and Russ

I live in Spain , and i can tell my story in two pictures ....

Hey Russ, that's gotta be worth a discount on the next lot of goods to Spain.

I'm in Australia and received some stuff from Russ just yesterday. Russ and Jason are the heroes of Caddy parts, that's for sure.

Spain is a beautiful country, and when I go back I will make a trip to see Joan and his family for sure.

Thanks again , Russ . You have a friend for ever here .

The message for Russ , was write on the box that Russ send me .
This is the other pic.
Russ really help me on this .
Joan, I almost felt like crying when I saw that picture. Must have made you sick at the time. Glad to see it worked out well for you.

Thanks for your coments . Clovis

Joan. I have a fender for a 64 deville convertable. It has a little rust at the base. Only reason i pulled it was i got my vehicle with a left NOS fender. If you would like it i will offer it to you free if you pay for shipping. Jon

Thank you very much Jon ,You are very kind . One of the things i´ve learned is 63 fender is different from 64 ( front , around ligth brezzel ) . Fortunatelly , the car was already repaired.

Sorry, i dind´t explane this was a year and a half ago.

Dash removal

Posted by Jake Mickley on October 9, 2019 at 12:06am 9 Comments

Hello everyone,

On a 63 CDV, if a guy wanted to remove the entire dash to get all the metal painted, and do some other things behind there, how would he go about doing that?  I checked here and the shop manual, but can't find a complete guide.

As always, and help or direction is appreciated.  Thanks!

Introducing myself

Thanks for letting me join the club.  Picked up this ‘64 Coupe Deville a few months ago out of Beverly MA, the car has few stickers on it from various Cadillac clubs, didn’t know if anyone might recognize it from it’s “Glory days.” Everything seems pretty healthy except for the body and some very Mickey Mouse repairs, was wondering if anyone had any leads on…
