A YouTube link usually works

https://youtu.be/jclj8ZTOLco

Make sure it's not muted & check the volume slider on the lower left of the YouTube window. If that doesn't work, might be time for a reboot.

Kurt

Thanks my friend — it working now

Hope you like the tune - thought it fit our sites subject matter

Enjoy

Please Press the green button on the right top of Spotify once it opens  - after you listen to the song   - or it will continue to play additional songs  continually by this artist on your device

Enjoy

So you really want to know what makes —me smile — being in my 64 Rag Top

Thats a kind of Love Cadillac style

I listened to his other songs and I like this guys country style

Enjoy

I have to say I really enjoy the Spotify music site and format

Simply  any possible type music you might enjoy  to listen to

Select a given artist and choose only the tunes you choose to enjoy of theirs

This is making my very extensive 60 to 80’s album collection obsolete due to you being able to select only the tunes that you choose to hear at this moment in time — remarkable

You are your own — DJ !!
A very different  and better musical journey

I think I will go listen to — Strangers in the night — by Frank — now

Enjoy

Here is some Cadillac music from my rock band. It is my 71 Eldo in the beginning and in the record cover.

That’s a fun album cover.  Good music, too! Thanks for posting.

Mike

Matti, which one is you on the album cover? Hopefully not the one not showing his face : )

Thanks!! I am the one with white shirt. Actually I was inspiration to this song.  Bandmates were shocked when they heard that I have four old Cadillacs.

Feel free to like the Southern Pilots band in facebook!

Matti

I have seen your bands album cover before but cannot recall the circumstances

This is amazing to me as I posted Sammy Krenshaw’ s tune because I enjoyed his style — Cadillac Style !!
It sure is a small world we live in sometimes

I am  really getting a big kick out of this wonderful coincidence

I did take the time to listen to the rest of Sammy’s album and I like most of it a lot

Love the whole thing with your  bands Cadillac tune and your inspiration from Sammy’s Cadillac tune —-

There are Cadillac Guys - and then there are Cadillac Guys - that own a few and sing songs about them

Having a lot of fun with post - really made my day

Enjoy

Matti

I see your band has a few albums they  have recorded

Wonderful to know we have a Rock Star among us —choosing to be a 63-64 Cadillac owner and restorer for the pleasure they afford there owners

Rock and Roll is here to stay they tell me —- Rock on ! ,
Enjoy

Need help with a hood latch

Posted by Curtis Dover on January 2, 2023 at 5:23pm 0 Comments

Hey guys, I need some help.  Could someone send me some pictures on how the first hood release lever on a factory 1964 Cadillac is set up, where it comes though the grille. Not the secondary one. I need to know where the thumb or finger position is located through the grille. Is it above or below the center grille molding piece? Mine seems to be positioned behind the center molding piece and will not adjust above or below the molding. I have a wire tied to it to release it…

I removed the front cover to change out the timing chain & gears all that went pretty well when I put the cover back on I put in a fresh oil filter ,filled it up figured it would be enough to prime the oil pump when I started the car .Fired up the car and heard lifters rattling, So I shut the car down right away. So I removed the oil filter housing, and poured oil down the neck of the oil pump housing filled it up and filled up the filter put it all together and fired it up and same…

Caddy members, I’m upgrading my 64 2-door coupe deville.

motor guy lost my block (machine shop went under) so I’m replacing motor & tranny with LS conversion. I have motor parts (other than block) for 429, rebuilt transmission, converter, and too many other motor parts not needed with fully dressed LS going in.

Email me (Tom.reichenberger@ipsper.com) or call me (210-739-4854) if you’re interested…..I live in San Antonio, TX.

thanks, TX…

Trunk Open and Lock Mechanism is in Closed Position

Posted by Chris Anderson on September 13, 2022 at 7:14pm 7 Comments

While working on my trunk lock on 64 Cadillac, I mistakenly closed the locking mechanism while the trunk was open.  Is there an easy way to manually release the lock back to the open position?

Thanks.
