I have front brake drums and discs, a window, a window frame, and an air cleaner shroud. I don't need them and anyone can have them for shipping cost. I would guess the shipping would be $20-25 for each piece except the heavy brake drums. My 64 convertible arrived with a lot of extra parts 3 years ago and I'm starting to get rid of them. I also have a couple of old carburetors since I switch mine to a new Edelbrock. More photos available as there are only 3 photo slots here.
Where are you located ?
Darien, Connecticut, near New York City.
Hi Preston, I sent you a PM. I'll take the air cleaner if it's not spoken for.
I really do recommend that you do not get rid of the brake drums, as the repop drums are junk. You never know when you will need replacement.
What carburetor did you have on the car?
I converted to disc brakes in the front after I saw Jay Leno do it to a Chrysler Imperial and said it made all the difference. I'm happy with the result and will not go back to drums. But I hate to throw out the drums, though it appears I will do it.
I put the Edelbrock 600cfm with electric choke. I used to have to pump the car 15 times to start it and then start it again. And it ran poorly until 5 minutes warmed up. Once I put in the Edelbrock, it starts with the barest twitch of the key, and can be driven full-on immediately because the choke is doing its job. Oh, I also replaced the intake manifold, which I think helped started and also made the car run cooler. I have my old manifold with a hairline crack and that is also going to the dump unless claimed for free.
The drums fit the rear, once you remove the hub. If no one want s the carbs, I would take them please. My email is firstname.lastname@example.org
