So I am doing 5 miles an hour in a parking lot 

As the window of a car going the other way—-  passes  by my drivers  window the guy yells 61  loud !! —-( some what surprising me so loud ) ———and I reply 64 

That was the second time today that someone  thought the car was a 61 —and had a need to  yelled it from the sidewalk 

People just loose the marbles over these year Cadillacs —-and it is just a blast to experience and keeps me smiling thru the rest of the day —-my entire life - or at least 59 years of it

Ha! I have had similar experiences with my '64 Eldo.  Just last week, a guy chased me down in city traffic to yell "Great '62!"  I politely answered that it's "1964, last year of the tail fins."  He said "Oh yeah, I had a '62 a long time ago."

I'd guess (from someone who was a former owner) to mistake a '62 for a '64 it would have to be a really long time ago.

Still, I appreciate each and every comment, wave, friendly horn honk, and photo taken. Every time I drive it, I get at least one of those.  Great cars!
