Back in November I started rescanning the Serviceman Bulletins as a single higher resolution PDF file for each month, and also parsing out each page as a jpg picture file. I had added October 1962 (which introduced the 1963 model year Cadillac) and the October addendum but have been sidetracked on this project! I finally got back to it today and rescanned the 8-page November 1962 Serviceman bulletin.
Our serviceman bulletins can be accessed through our Literature tab in the header (in desktop view), however here are direct links:
- All 1962 Serviceman Bulletins: Click Here
- November 1962 Serviceman Bulletin: Click Here
In the November 1962 bulletin, you will see various service and other information, but will note over 3 pages dedicated the the problematic right hand ash tray! This will not be the last time that RH ashtray will make a Serviceman Bulletin appearance.
I will try to not take so long to get the December 1962 bulletin scanned and posted, which will complete the main ones we need from 1962!

Could someone post front and back photos of the 1963 right-hand kick panel with A/C?
My car didn’t come with the original kick panels, so it's a bit of a mystery to me how I should cut the backing board and carpet to fit around the A/C.
Many thanks,
-Samu

While checking my Carter carb with engine running, I took the air cleaner off and there was a very loud hissing sound of air. I placed a piece of paper over the carb and it didn’t move up or down, is this normal?
