Window felts

I replaced the rubber window moldings that go on the outside chrome trim on the doors and the inner fuzzys that go on the top of the door panels and now my windows won’t go all the way up. It is so tight that the window motor won’t push the window through the opening. Any of you ever do this and have this issue? Any tips on what I should do? See More
