Brighter Headlights. What to install that won't draw too much current.

My car still has its "T-3"headlamps and they shed poor, yellow-tinted light. I'd like to replace them with something that most folks on this web site use, that would shed good light and don't heat up the wiring with too many amps.

Mind you I just got the car and wanted to at least shift from the column without having to shift for the engine bay. Also wanted to get a price on dash lights to work. Basically I’m trying to feel out if he’s putting gravy on the labor.

Although the radiator was not leaking, nor was the car running hot, I tool out the radiator today to have it boiled out and rodded out. Then I changed the oil and filter (filter is very easy to reach with the radiator out), then the thermostat got changed.

I'll have the radiator back from the shop on Monday, and will reinstall it then.

Still having…
