I have a '63 cad Series 62. I was wondering if these cars had anti-freeze over flow collection bottles? When I turn my car off anti-freeze runs out of the over flow hose. If not is it ok to put one in?

If anyone has a clock that chatters and does not run I think that I have figured out how to fix it. In the pic there is a shaft with some gears, ratchet and winding mechanism. This shaft comes a little loose and drops down a little bit so that the ratchet ( green arrow ) does not line up with it's corresponding gear like it should and sometimes will not engage the teeth on the winding gear to wind the clock and will thus make the contacts chatter.
