I have many "like new" GE & Sylvania direct replacement Halogen inner high beam and outer low beam headlight bulbs, bench tested for - $8 ea, 2 for $15, 4 for $25.   It's a great way to increase the headlamp output of your 63/64 Cadillac (and many other years) without complex rewiring or more expensive bulbs. Well, I've had this ol Deville a couple months now and thought I'd give and update. I've learned a lot from this forum and its members.
