well thank you UPS for losing the driveshaft that Russ Austin shipped me.

however i still need a rear driveshaft section for my 63. mine has a vibration due to the bushing inside of it. its a shame because the ball and sockets in the cardian joints are perfect but it has a woble on the balancing machine. so .  still need the rear section. anyone have a good one ? is there driveshaft alternatives to use ? i am really considering an LS swap and since im fighting the driveshaft search anyway ill have something made. kinda like to keep it original for now though. any help is much appreciated.

I'm assuming you have a tracking # and have been in contact with UPS.  I have had many more issues %-wise with UPS than US Postal over the years.  It's probably once a week I get something delivered here by mistake or my packages goes to another address with the #104 and Rand in part of the road name (My address is 104 New Rand Rd, the other is 104 Rand Park Drive!) It's gotten to the point where we keep each others ph #'s. Regardless UPS packages may get rerouted but usually end up at the correct address (if a deliverable address), or back to the original sender. If it is indeed loss I believe they provide insurance cover of a minimum $100, or more if declared.  If he doesn't have another one I can put you on my Wait List.

Bad Guage?

So I am troubleshooting my fuel gauge issue. I bought a new sender and tested it. It  it goes from 1-ohm (empty) to 35-ohm (full). When I test it (outside the tank), when the float is in the up (full) position it only moves the gauge to about 1/2 full. When at the bottom (empty) position the gauge shows empty. This is the same issue I have when I fill and then use the gas in the tank - the gauge never reads ore than half full. Based on what I've read on this thread it would seem like the…
