1964 cadillac body placement on Neil Gray Convertible

Hey Tony, I think we found the body to Neil Gray's Chassis!! I chuckled out loud when I read Tony's reply about where was the body to Neil's chassis post and Neil sent me this cool link showing the body being lowered onto the chassis. Definite a cool video! Here is the link: https://youtu.be/Dh5Zc5ARGBA Here is the video:

Looks like we found the body !
These guys have a bit of work to do ,to get her driving ,you think ?
I have to say ,I admire the time money and energy ,that some folks put into these cars
A true labor of love to the extreme , in this case
Just don't loose track of the fact ,that driving the car is the BLAST after the sometimes frustrating repair faze

Original 64 Color sanded and buffed out

Posted by Norman Silverman on November 10, 2018 at 9:05pm 14 Comments

I finally got the car back from the body shop, where they color sanded and polished it out. I am literally blown away by the result! Now, it looks great from 2 feet but if you look REALLY CLOSE you can see that the paint is not as glossy as it should be, but Sothe end result is much better than what I started with. The interior is still original.
