"Forgot to mention removing the front wheel to easily access the wheel well bolts. I put the wheel back on to lower the lift and roll it backwards to get the door fully open to access the hinge panel."

Thanks to Jason's expert advice, I was able to remove the fender trim on my 63 de Ville without removing the fender. Pics contain the locations of the 3/8 in nuts and how to access them. My clips were trashed so I ordered 10 from Jason. He has the new once with nylon nuts. See More

My car didn’t come with the original kick panels, so it's a bit of a mystery to me how I should cut the backing board and carpet to fit around the A/C.

Loud air moving sound within carb with cleaner removed

While checking my Carter carb with engine running, I took the air cleaner off and there was a very loud hissing sound of air. I placed a piece of paper over the carb and it didn’t move up or down, is this normal?
