Some pictures of the Kleer-View Washer Bottle with Labels Available.

Logan, they are not water proof, just heavy stock label paper. I have meant to check with Staples or my local print shop to see what they could come up with that is more water resistance. I think someone said they clear coated theirs. I simply remove mine when I might rinse out the engine compartment. I'm guessing since I posted this over 10 years ago I might have swapped out the label twice.
Jason,
the labels that you have printed-are they water proof? I’ve contemplated having a vinyl sticker made for my bottle.
I purchased a sticker from eBay and then had copied made at Office Max and laminated it. But having a vinyl/waterproof sticker would be ideal although not original.
Seems to be many variations. I'm sticking with the one that matches the part # and style in the 1964 accessories booklet. I'm guessing they varied across makes, etc.
PS.. I have the labels scanned very hi res and have a few printed in heavy full sheet label paper ready to stick on bottle for $5 + $1 1st class postage in USA. When you buy them it is on plain non-stick paper and have to either apply adhesive or print to lable paper. If anyone wants the cool color label email me at jasonedge@nc.rr.com
I've had the old black and white label that reads 'Kleer-View Windshield Washer Anti-Freeze and Bug Remover" that USA Parts and others list for 1964 Cadillacs on my dealer installed Kleer-View bottle for years.
I've always been dissatisfied as it is quite diferent from the one listed in the 1964 Cadillac Accessories Booklet which has part 147 5059 and says 'Kleer-Viefw Windshield Washer Anti-Freeze and Gas Line De-Icer:.
I have noticed at car shows a different, maybe earlier tag that as the correct part # 147 5059, and found that Rubber the Right Way carries it and ordered it this past week abd us now installed. It is still a bit different from the advertised item in the accessories manual as it says "Kleer-View Windshield Washer Anti-Freeze" but the part # is correct and is closer overall to the listed washer fluid.
If anyone has found the exact lable that matches the one in the accessories label I would love to know where you found it.
I have posted pictures in this album of both labels available, including the color one I just replaced the black and white one with.
Jason.

While checking my Carter carb with engine running, I took the air cleaner off and there was a very loud hissing sound of air. I placed a piece of paper over the carb and it didn’t move up or down, is this normal?

Hey everyone, has anybody done a Vintage Air AC/Heat setup in their car? I want to bypass the old vacuum setup and go with a Vintage Air Gen 2 model. Before I get started, does anyone have any experience with this? (Which model to go with, do’s and dont’s, etc.) It looks pretty involved. Any and all info/pics would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

My son, unbeknownst to me, had all three of the horns on our 1963 Eldorado completely restored. We had recently added the Eldorado trumpet horn to the two standard horns and the sound was not very good... we had heard good ones so we knew something was not right... but there was not much we could do to get better sound from the 3 horns.
There is a restoration service called The Horn Works who my son…
