64 Deville Fuel Tank Sending Unit

HI all,

I replaced my sending unit with a no name one off ebay and it is all over the place. It does not even attempt to have any accuracy.

We may try to fix the original unit. Seems like we need to replace the thin flat brass wire and the filter.

Has anyone bought and installed a new unit that works properly, and if so where did you get it?

Could someone post front and back photos of the 1963 right-hand kick panel with A/C?

My car didn’t come with the original kick panels, so it's a bit of a mystery to me how I should cut the backing board and carpet to fit around the A/C.
