HI,, I recently got a 64 convert. all was well roughly, until I trailered it home. fixed the transmission issue..
Now, passenger door window wont operate. did fine up till about a week ago. It has a switch on top of driver door . see picture. To work windows in any state, I must push and hold switch to Emergency position. all 4 windows worked up till just other day. All windows did work at there location as well, if that switch was held as well, but nothing works in Lock or Normal. This switch has a big red wire,, (assuming Power). a big white wi black stripe which leads to the 4 switch door panel. With switch I Emergency position, the big white/black wire has power to the door switches, so I figure its powering the door switches, but again, in the other two positions it has no power. and the passenger door switch doeskin work in any position now.
So I went into the passenger door hinge, opened the rubber boot. other yellow and yellow and black were broken as well as a green. all three run into the door switch. thinking I had solved it,, it doesnt operate, nor is there any power showing up at the switch,(and idontknow if there should be, but kinda thought there would.
So from there, I opened up the driver door hinge boot. lots of but connection repairs. however, I did see the big white with black wire that ran from the emercgey switch to the 4 door panel switch and back out, was severed,, (note I dont see it anywere on the feed into the passenger window.). So I jumped it back to see if the window would then work as it seemed to be a power source to somewhere, but it did not power the passenger window. That is about the extent of my knowledge of power and am at loss to know where to go to now..I dont get any clicking at the motor of the passenger window,,I feel certain the window switch at the driver door should work with out me holding the switch and should run in the normal position, so there's that, but for now, I need to get that wdw working and will accept the inconvenience of holding the switch. Any suggestions on where to follow this through? thanks

Could someone post front and back photos of the 1963 right-hand kick panel with A/C?
My car didn’t come with the original kick panels, so it's a bit of a mystery to me how I should cut the backing board and carpet to fit around the A/C.
Many thanks,
-Samu

Hey guys,
I have installed the same Edelbrock carb and have done everything the same as Jason’s carb and intake project. In the spring and summer months the car starts, runs and idles great! In the fall and winter months on a cold start, the car starts awful and wants to die until it warms up. I have to keep my foot on the throttle until it warms up or it will idle just terrible and try to die. Once it’s warm, it runs fantastic! Whats going on here? I was thinking of removing the…
