extinguishers under front wheels?
I noticed in some car show pictures people have placed a fire extinguisher under the front wheel, why is that?

Safety requirements. It’s an automatic disqualification if not present at the CLC judged events. In years past one car flare up has been known to take out an entire group of cars.

Wow that's a good idea, thanks for answering so quick.
I can see if a fire breaks out theres extinguishers everywhere which could mean the difference between saving a car or scrapping a burnt out unit

Could someone post front and back photos of the 1963 right-hand kick panel with A/C?
My car didn’t come with the original kick panels, so it's a bit of a mystery to me how I should cut the backing board and carpet to fit around the A/C.

Loud air moving sound within carb with cleaner removed

While checking my Carter carb with engine running, I took the air cleaner off and there was a very loud hissing sound of air. I placed a piece of paper over the carb and it didn’t move up or down, is this normal?
