Mike Francioni,
You may want to look at the site, Caddy Daddy, as they have them available for sale. They have been a very reliable site for me, and I rebuilt most of my 1964 Series 62. I really like the parts and service. Think you'll do very well with them. The 64 429 came stock with no center bolt and washer; just a cork plug.

FWIW, if you’re considering getting the balancer rebuilt, then these suppliers are also commonly referenced:

I haven’t used either. I was going to recommend the man who did mine, Dale Manufacturing, but was pleased to see he and wife had retired after 40 years of rebuilding balancers.

Could someone post front and back photos of the 1963 right-hand kick panel with A/C?
My car didn’t come with the original kick panels, so it's a bit of a mystery to me how I should cut the backing board and carpet to fit around the A/C.
Many thanks,
-Samu

While checking my Carter carb with engine running, I took the air cleaner off and there was a very loud hissing sound of air. I placed a piece of paper over the carb and it didn’t move up or down, is this normal?
