Stalling engine when put in reverse

My 1964 now stalls when I put th car in reverse. Is this an idle setting problem?

The Rochester idle is adjusted with an air bleed screw on the base of the carb. The Carter is adjusted with the air bleed screw in the center front between the two mixture screws. If you have the Carter or Rochester, be sure to follow the shop manual procedure, step by step to adjust the carburetor.

Could someone post front and back photos of the 1963 right-hand kick panel with A/C?

My car didn’t come with the original kick panels, so it's a bit of a mystery to me how I should cut the backing board and carpet to fit around the A/C.
