Thinking about selling the 64 deville convertible

Just testing the waters if someone is looking for a modified 64 deville convertible--full air ride functional sidepipes(electric diverters so it can still go out the back), every ball joint, tie rod, bushing bearing u joint brake, fuel line and brake line has been replaced, new shocks, have orginal springs to convert it back if anyone wants to, original engine and trans with 66k miles, some rust starting above the skirts, a couple holes in the trunk, new door panels, carpet, seats have been recovered, it is set up to tow a trailer as well, electronic brake controller and class 3 hitch and I do have a oem hitch as well, new top and hydraulics for the top, runs well any interest? Could someone post front and back photos of the 1963 right-hand kick panel with A/C?

My car didn’t come with the original kick panels, so it's a bit of a mystery to me how I should cut the backing board and carpet to fit around the A/C.

Loud air moving sound within carb with cleaner removed

While checking my Carter carb with engine running, I took the air cleaner off and there was a very loud hissing sound of air. I placed a piece of paper over the carb and it didn’t move up or down, is this normal?
