I have them but with a few dings I would let go cheap.. say $15. If you want a very nice one solid straight, ding free one I can put you on the Wait List if no one has one.

The easiest way to tell the difference is on the legs that extend down. Note that the 63 license guard on the left of picture below has a wider leg and smoother contour than the 64 license guard on the right with the thinner leg that is less smooth as it cuts rear ward more at a certain point.
In picture above: Left is 1963 and Right is 1964 front license guard.

Could someone post front and back photos of the 1963 right-hand kick panel with A/C?
My car didn’t come with the original kick panels, so it's a bit of a mystery to me how I should cut the backing board and carpet to fit around the A/C.

Loud air moving sound within carb with cleaner removed

While checking my Carter carb with engine running, I took the air cleaner off and there was a very loud hissing sound of air. I placed a piece of paper over the carb and it didn’t move up or down, is this normal?
