Thanks for having me. Always had a soft spot for the '63 & '64 Cadillac's, and have owned 3 of them. A triple black '64 DeVille Convertible, a red '63 Series 62 Convertible and lastly a '64 Series 62 4 window sedan. Currently working on a 429 engine and Hydra-Matic transmission out of a '64 Series 62 Coupe, which I will use for another project. Also, a friend of mine's grandfather has a '64 CDV which I'm looking at as well for a future purchase. I have always something going on, but that's how I roll hahaha.

1963 RHS A/C kick panel - photos needed

Could someone post front and back photos of the 1963 right-hand kick panel with A/C?
My car didn’t come with the original kick panels, so it's a bit of a mystery to me how I should cut the backing board and carpet to fit around the A/C.

Loud air moving sound within carb with cleaner removed

While checking my Carter carb with engine running, I took the air cleaner off and there was a very loud hissing sound of air. I placed a piece of paper over the carb and it didn’t move up or down, is this normal?
