63 bendix brake unit

hello chapter members. I have reached a point where I am at a dead end with my brake troubles. we have a 63 coupe de ville, originally with a bendix unit which i replaced with a delco unit probably 22 years ago. Then 2 years ago that went bad and i located a rebuildable bendix unit and sent it to white post restoration for a rebuild, finally installed it this past june only to find the master had a defective seal and resent it back for repair, got it back and put it. during the initial install…See More

My car didn’t come with the original kick panels, so it's a bit of a mystery to me how I should cut the backing board and carpet to fit around the A/C.

Loud air moving sound within carb with cleaner removed

While checking my Carter carb with engine running, I took the air cleaner off and there was a very loud hissing sound of air. I placed a piece of paper over the carb and it didn’t move up or down, is this normal?
