This is more a gm question than cadillac specific. Is there anyway to find the color formula so you can get a color made locally. I hv the color, regimental red, but i need the specific formula.
Any thiights would be appreciated

Regimental Red would not have been a factory name color. You can see cross reference codes for the factory colors on this help page: Paint Chip Cross Reference Codes - 1963 Cadillac
You can see Paint Chip Samples at this link: Paint Chips for 63 & 64 Cadillacs
If trying to match an area of car to touch up it is often best to have painter scan another area of the car. If painting the entire car, the painter should be able to use some of these cross reference codes to come up with a formula. My local painter was able to do both. When matching existing paint we ended up scanning.
Ok, thanks. Hv a lot of small rock chip spots on the nose i wanted to get cleaned up

While checking my Carter carb with engine running, I took the air cleaner off and there was a very loud hissing sound of air. I placed a piece of paper over the carb and it didn’t move up or down, is this normal?

Hey everyone, has anybody done a Vintage Air AC/Heat setup in their car? I want to bypass the old vacuum setup and go with a Vintage Air Gen 2 model. Before I get started, does anyone have any experience with this? (Which model to go with, do’s and dont’s, etc.) It looks pretty involved. Any and all info/pics would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
