63 CdV trunk lid issues with the mechanism

Hello folks,

on a drive this weekend I had to open the trunk. 
Used the remote in the glovebox and it popped open a bit, but further opening was 
very hard und slow. 
I stood on the side of a main street so had no time and opened it with a little force, really not much.
After that the trunk lid is now crooked to one side and doesn't close anymore. 

Looks like the whole hinge on one side is higher than on the other. 
Do you think the two main pins holding the hinges inside might got bent?
Is there a chance to get new or used ones? 
I'm a little anxious to disamble it because of the torsion springs.

The hinge pin migrated out. Unbolt the hinge from the trunk and undo the torsion rod on the opposite side. Tap the hinge pin back in and fold the keeper tab back in place.

Thanks, it looks like the pins are in place. 
Looks like the torsion rod is out. 
Will look this week as I need two more colleagues to help me carry the trunk lid.

Are the torsion rods heavy to move? Danger they come out like a spring?

Sounds like you may just have a bad (i.e. bent) trunk hinge. The trunk hinges and torsion (Torque) rods are different between body styles and have the one ones for your Coupe de Ville if needed.  When I remove them from a parts car I remove the trunk lid via attaching bolts (A below), then take a long pry bar and gently lower the torque rod from 3, to 2 to 1, and then off the lowest fingered joint. It will just flip down and then work side to side to remove from the slots. If the hinge pin (D) came out you trunk lid would be very loose. that retainer usually keeps them in place. With close inspecting of around 70 63/64's I have never seen one worked loose or bent. That tab keeps them in place.  They can of course easy be lost once removed and I have plenty of them!
