Engine bay fender bolts

I need some information on engine bay fender bolt color.  When I purchased my 1963 25 years ago the fender bolts had been painted over and were very corroded.  I removed them and replaced with new ones from the local hardware store. I know I should have tried to restore the original ones, but I was just a kid then with no money (some things don't change) and the simple fix at the time was replacing them with the hardware store ones.  Now that I have 25 more years of wisdom, I want to know if the original bolts were the gold anodized ones or were silver colored.  If they were the gold color should I replace mine with the yellow gold colored bolts from the hardware store, or keep what I have on. I have not found a source for the correct gold anodized bolts. Also, I am going to be refinishing my air cleaner and need to know if the AC Delco label on it should be white or orange lettering?  The label kit I bought has white in it, but the last kit I bought had orange.  I am going to try and attach a couple of photos of my engine bay I took today so that you can see what I have, and what recommendations you would suggest.  Thanks, Doug
