To start i want to say nothing wrong with customs. But, along with Tony and Ginny 429 many words of wisdom it is enough to maintain in original condition. Cadillac built the car to run like Chuck Berrys Maybelline, my orig. carb . gets me 13 mpg. on the road ,70-75 mph.and if i feel the need to pass rice Irocket,no problem! I am glad others kept my car orig for me to enjoy now! the next generations will enjoy. I had a carter restored at Benchwick carbs. inc. ohio 330-782-3767, not only did it run like new it looked new, good people. 2016 road trip to Las Wages NV. from St. Louis.Just my 2 cents. How do they say in Jersy,FA,GET ABOUT IT! Good Luck.

Could someone post front and back photos of the 1963 right-hand kick panel with A/C?
My car didn’t come with the original kick panels, so it's a bit of a mystery to me how I should cut the backing board and carpet to fit around the A/C.
Many thanks,
-Samu

While checking my Carter carb with engine running, I took the air cleaner off and there was a very loud hissing sound of air. I placed a piece of paper over the carb and it didn’t move up or down, is this normal?
