sphericle joint
guys my spherical joint let go on the rear upper control yoke.does someone sell replacement joint and bushings for 63 series 6267.and is it complicated to fix. thank you

I repaired the rear upper control arm in my 63 about 10 years ago. I think I bought the new bushings and ball joint from Caddy Daddy in California. http://www.caddydaddy.com/Rear-Spherical-c293/
Surprising how much the ball joint has increased in price!

If it's the original ball joint, it's riveted on (it was on my '64). All I needed was some jack stands, WD-40, a grinder, an impact wrench and some patience. They sell them on eBay, but as I recall, Jason and possibly a few others were selling good used ones for a fraction of the cost.

While checking my Carter carb with engine running, I took the air cleaner off and there was a very loud hissing sound of air. I placed a piece of paper over the carb and it didn’t move up or down, is this normal?

Hey everyone, has anybody done a Vintage Air AC/Heat setup in their car? I want to bypass the old vacuum setup and go with a Vintage Air Gen 2 model. Before I get started, does anyone have any experience with this? (Which model to go with, do’s and dont’s, etc.) It looks pretty involved. Any and all info/pics would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
