Just going to get my valve stems seals (only) done (at this stage) but I am confused
as to what I need to buy - check the link from Rock
http://www.rockauto.com/en/catalog/cadillac,1964,deville,7.0l+429ci...
do I just need the pack of 16 rubber oring seals or do I need to buy the actual complete
valve stem seal?
http://www.rockauto.com/en/moreinfo.php?pk=216338&cc=1320297&am...
do the old complete seals deteriorate or just the rubber oring seal?
hope that makes sense!

I want to do the valve stem seals with the head still on. just the seals.
I guess when they get the seals out they will see what they need perhaps?

Could someone post front and back photos of the 1963 right-hand kick panel with A/C?
My car didn’t come with the original kick panels, so it's a bit of a mystery to me how I should cut the backing board and carpet to fit around the A/C.
Many thanks,

While checking my Carter carb with engine running, I took the air cleaner off and there was a very loud hissing sound of air. I placed a piece of paper over the carb and it didn’t move up or down, is this normal?
