Hey folks. First post. I hope I'm doing it right. I currently restoring a 1964 Fleetwood 60 series Special. There is an egg shaped vacuum canister on the left side of the firewall behind the tire. It has a vacuum fitting with two connections. I am thinking one connects to a hose going inside the car. Where does the other hose go?CaddyVacCanPwrDoorLock.jpg

It T's into the line that goes into the vacuum fitting on back of intake. This is it's vacuum source. Here is a picture of the power door lock & power trunk tank showing the feed hose going thru fire wall then the other shoots to the passenger side and T's into that fitting on the back of the intake.
If it were not for you Jason, I'd go back to building old Mustangs .. Thanks

Could someone post front and back photos of the 1963 right-hand kick panel with A/C?
My car didn’t come with the original kick panels, so it's a bit of a mystery to me how I should cut the backing board and carpet to fit around the A/C.
Many thanks,
-Samu

While checking my Carter carb with engine running, I took the air cleaner off and there was a very loud hissing sound of air. I placed a piece of paper over the carb and it didn’t move up or down, is this normal?
